Ashlee-Heather loves Hedo Turkoglu. Michael Jordan of Turkey. Toni Kukoc of the NBA. Everytime a game is on or any sports news, Ashlee-Heather is looking for Hedo. She says he looks like me. Let’s hope that’s not true. This picture makes him look more like someone from Ireland.

I was looking at our bookshelf the other day and thought that these books are similar. I’m not hatin’ I’m just statin’. These books are similar. One is about your best life and the other about writing a better story for yourself. Same story. Different books. I’ll elaborate in another post some day. But for now, they are similar. I’m just statin’.

Iverson and Marbury.

I still think that Iverson and Marbury can hoop it up. I think they should play together. If Iverson walks out on the Grizzlies, I think it’s time for Marbury and Iverson to play together, maybe next season, in Charlotte. It’ll be a throw back to the 2001 all-star game where these two dominated together under Larry Brown, who’ll be their coach if this should happen. If not, Iverson could always hope to play for the Knicks with Marbury being his Boss. Right now they both have bad reps for recent actions. Time to take these reps and lead the Bobcats to at least the lottery.

In other news, last night was the second annual Happy Wheels with the youth at BBC. This is where we turned our youth auditorium into a roller rink. Complete with sweet lighting and loud music. And Pizza. I bought a pair of roller blades from the thrift store since I lost my vintage roller skates. Also, I increased my winning streak against one particular youth in ping pong. See my tweet from like 4 days ago to see about that streak. Youth ministry tip # 128 12 dollars for roller blades is a good investment and win at ping pong every time.
