Ashlee-Heather and I had the chance to spend the day at our little brother Tommy Muster’s wedding on Saturday. It was a nice day. One of the highlights for me was catching up with the fellas from Tyndale. John Gordon won the contest for best outfit as he sported a nice pair of kaprees with a comfy looking pair of slippers. Justin Newman, the best man, gave a great speech at the reception. In it he compared Tommy Mus to Jacob from the Bible because Jacob married Leah and Rachel, sisters, and Tommy dated Amybeth’s sister before he dated Amybeth. He ended the speach by having everyone sing happy birthday to himself. All in all a great day. Muster and Mrs. Muster if you’re reading this, congratulations and thanks for inviting us in on your big day.

In other news, Ashlee-Heather just finished working 20 hours in a row and I just finished sleeping 20 hours in a row.  Just joking you all know my motto, or at least Chris does, “early to bed, early to rise!”

In yet other news, our church softball league has started and we gots the most entertaining team out there. I can’t wait until we win our first game, there is going to be a massive celebration. Maybe even a parade. Until next time America..Goodnight Canada.

I’ve just started a new segment entitled “The adventures of Ashlee-Heather” this is where I talk about Ashlee-Heather and her adventures.  Yesterday Ashlee-Heather got her rings stuck on her finger. She couldn’t get them off. I remember watching Full House and DJ was babysitting some kid who got his head stuck and she used peanut butter to get his head out. So my first thought was grab the peanut butter. It didn’t work. Her finger was getting really swollen and it looked really painful. Ashlee-Heather just kept pulling and pulling until the rings finally slipped off. I almost passed out because her finger was getting so swollen. It gave new meaning to the term “pull my finger.”

A few days before that Ashlee-Heather had a run-in with a skunk. She was coming home at night and it was dark. She didn’t see the skunk and it almost sprayed her. Until she called her knight in shining armor who came out and escorted her into the house. When it comes to skunks you just got to fight fire with fire as they say.

I left Ashlee-Heather home alone for a weekend while I went camping with the kids from church. After I came home ,I’m saddened to announce, Rockin Robin and her family had moved on. I don’t know what happened. Ashlee-Heather said she didn’t get any notice. Just woke up one day and they were gone. Ashlee-Heather has been working the past few nights so Ashlee-Heather if you’re reading this at work: Miss you.  Well America, that’s all for now..until next time…Good night Canada.
